Hello
1 glass of apple juice
1 diet coke
1 glass of grape and peach juice
1 glass of water
1 nutella Shake Away (SOO worth the calories!)
2 weetabix in milk
1 KFC meal (:$)
1 portion of roast dinner
1 apple
3 pieces of gum
not fantastically healthy, but there we go.
tomorrow i shall have a energy filled breakfast, and then not eat much for lunch and then have dinner :)
back into the swing of things ;)
