wow, it's been a whole week of (fairly) healthyness!
i've NEVER lasted this long on a diet before! :):)
(BE PROUD OF ME! :L)
I'm not exactly religous about the diet though, tbh :L
today's food:
1 glass of orange juice
2 cups of tea (love Mr Skinner :L)
1 glass of lemonade (brother told me it was water 8-))
Lots of water
1 weetabix in milk
1 pack of kellogs bites things
3 biscuits (once again, mr skinner :L)
1 hot cross bun
1 portion of chicken pie and beans
so yeah, not too bad.. but not my best :/
week 2 WILL be better. and i'm going to buy some scales at some point, to start making sure i'm losing weight, and this isn't all for nothing.
