PLEASE don't kill me. i've eaten loads of shite today.
1 glass of cranberry juice
1 hot chocolate
1 cup of tea
1 cup of apple juice
lots of water
1 weetabix with a few bran flakes in milk
1 portion of chicken curry
1 ice lolly
3 squares of brownie
1 cookie
1 (small) portion of spag bol
2 dates
so yes. i'm feeling VERY fat. don't worry about that.
tomorrow, i shall have a good breakfast for energy for the bloge exam, and then have nothing for lunch except for maybe an apple, and then i shall have dinner and nothing else.
and i shall drink only 1 glass of apple juice in the morning, then only tea and water.
